David Craig's Baseball Proposal

As a young boy, David Craig fell in love with America's favorite pastime, Baseball. Throughout his life, David has been an avid baseball enthusiast learning and researching its history, tracking his favorite players, games and teams. Following a conversation with a close family member on the ascendency of other popular sports, David thought of a plan that could help re-structure Major League Baseball in such a way that it would attract new fans, and encourage better competition among teams and regions. While David may be a public official, he still enjoys many hobbies. His love for baseball is just one of those hobbies that help define his personal life beyond politics.

Earlier this year, David sent a copy of his Major League Baseball Realignment Proposal to the Commissioner of Baseball and to each of the teams and their owners. To date, his proposal sparked some interest from such teams as the Seattle Mariners, Cincinnati Reds, New York Mets, Baltimore Orioles, and the Boston Red Sox to just name a few.
